By completing this form, you (or your legal guardian) enter into an agreement with The Tiny Room and your booked practitioner.

Key Information

Fees:

• Tween & Teen Therapy (9-18yrs): R795 per 55 minute session
• Individual Therapy (Adults): R 695 per 55 minute session
• Couples Therapy: R975 per 60 minute session
• Executive Therapy (CEOs, directors, entrepreneurs, executives): R795 per 55 minute session

Payment:

Due by 08:00 the day before your appointment

Clients are responsible for their own medical aid claims

PMB cover:

• Only for diagnosed PMB conditions
• PMB approval proof must be emailed through to [email protected] prior to booking in with us
• Confirm with your medical aid first (Procedure Code: 89205)

Cancellations or Rescheduling:

Cancellations or Rescheduling of any appointments needs to take place the day before your appointment between 07:00 - 15:00. Monday bookings, on a Friday between 07:00 - 15:00.

Cancellation & No-show Policy:

• Cancellations or rescheduling of any appointments need to take place on the working day before your appointment between 07:00 and 15:00.
• Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged.
• No-shows and late cancellations will be charged at the full session rate.
• If you are 5 to 15 minutes late, the full appointment time will not be extended. Another client is booked in the slot after you.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, our front gate will be closed, and the session will be forfeited and charged as a no-show.
